The Story Behind LearnLynk
The inspiration behind LearnLynk comes from the personal journey of Tushar Malhotra, an international student who faced first-hand the challenges of studying abroad. While pursuing his BBA in Marketing, Tushar realized that student support systems were outdated, inefficient, and lacked accessibility. From struggling to find housing to navigating administrative processes, he saw a clear need for a smarter, more student-friendly solution.
Initially, Tushar sought funding to develop an app that would centralize essential student services, but the idea was rejected due to budget constraints. Undeterred, he graduated top of his batch and took a job at a Canadian college, where he witnessed the same challenges from the administrative side. This experience confirmed that the lack of resources, outdated technology, and disjointed support systems were not just a student problem—they were an institutional challenge as well.
